Quality inspection and packaging will be completed within 1-3 business days after payment.
Custom protective packaging will be used (including shock-absorbing layers).
Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (not including customs clearance time).
Extreme Weather: Possible delays of 5-10 days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping Fee to the U.S.: $9.99.
Free Shipping: For orders over $69.99 (limited to regular-sized products).

3. Receipt and After-Sales
Delivery Inspection:

Immediately check the integrity of the outer packaging.
If severe damage or deformation is found:
Send an unboxing video to support@vxtfuh.com within 15 days.
The video must continuously show all six sides of the package and the unboxing process.
After-Sales Timing:

Issues related to shipping must be reported within 6 months of shipment.
Late requests may not be processed.
4. Logistics Tracking
An email containing the international tracking number will be automatically sent after shipping.
