Return Terms

Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that the return period may vary for certain products. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any protective materials.

Required Information
To facilitate your return, please provide your order number or electronic receipt along with any relevant details regarding your order.

Return Process

Request Submission
To initiate a return, please email us at support@vxtfuh.com with your order number, photos showing the item's condition, and any other pertinent information. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address and packaging instructions.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the outer packaging within fifteen days of receipt.

Proof of Damage
If you find that the product is damaged or has noticeable scratches, please provide a video along with 3-6 photos that capture the damage from different angles.

Quick Resolution
Once we verify responsibility for the damage, you will receive a free replacement, subject to the availability of the same model.

Special Terms for EU Customers

Customers residing in the EU have the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days without needing to provide a reason.

Refund Details

Warehouse Review
After we receive your returned items, we will perform a quality inspection within 3 business days.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that this timeframe may extend up to 15 days depending on the payment method used.

Shipping Costs

  • Consumer-Initiated Returns:
    If the return is initiated voluntarily by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The exact amount will be determined by the selected courier.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
